The project explained step by step: stripping the old slates, roofing membrane, new slates and zinc work, then rock wool insulation, plastering, painting and parquet flooring in the bedrooms.

The project explained step by step: 30 cm of rock wool on a timber-frame house, with sealed junctions around the windows, through to hand-floated Weber render and stone cladding.

A family business since 1994
It all began in 1994, when Aykut Atalar founded his building company in France, Bati Crepi. For almost twenty years, he carried out renovation and facade work there.
In 2013, in response to growing demand from our Luxembourg customers, we founded BATI-LUX in Luxembourg. Since then, we have been renovating houses and flats throughout the Grand Duchy: facade insulation, extensions, dormer windows, bathrooms and interior fit-outs.
Our way of working has not changed: complete solutions from A to Z, one point of contact, and close follow-up of the works from the first meeting through to final handover.

Is the survey free?
Yes, for homeowners planning works: we visit your home, assess the existing condition and give you a detailed quote, with no obligation. If you are buying or selling a property, we offer the Dossier Estimation Travaux at €300, deducted from the invoice if you entrust us with the works.
Buying or selling: can you estimate the works?
Yes, with our Dossier Estimation Travaux (renovation cost estimate) at €300: detailed quote, accurate cost estimate, price of materials and a non-binding interior plan, to present to your bank, your notary or a buyer. This amount is deducted from the invoice if you then entrust us with the works.
Do you provide quotes for insurance claims?
Yes. After an incident (water damage, storm, fire…), we draw up the detailed quote to send to your insurer. This quote costs €300, deducted from the invoice if you then entrust us with the works.
Is there funding for insulation?
The Luxembourg government supports energy renovation through the Klimabonus programme. Depending on your project and eligibility, we explain the steps and provide the technical documents you need. Read our Klimabonus 2026 guide.
Do you offer turnkey projects?
Yes. Masonry, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, joinery: one point of contact from start to finish.
