Frequently asked questions
Tiling and flooring: your questions
Can I buy the tiles from you and have your teams lay them?
Yes. You choose in the showroom or in our BatiTiles-Lux online shop, and we lay them. You can also ask us to lay tiles bought elsewhere.
Do you lay large-format tiles?
Yes, we regularly lay 60×60 and 60×120. These formats need a very flat substrate, which we prepare before laying.
Parquet, laminate or vinyl: which should I choose?
Parquet brings the character of real wood, laminate is affordable and hard-wearing, and vinyl copes well with moisture. We advise you according to the room and how it is used.
Do you deliver the materials?
Yes, the online shop delivers in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
Is the quote free?
Yes, for homeowners within 50 km of our offices: we come and measure up and give you a detailed quote, with no obligation.
